Matchmaker

: Patented manual operated finepitch placing machine. -

The Matchmaker has an optical system whereby you can see the underside of the component and at the same time you see the topside of the PCB. - The Matchmaker can be used for new as also for rework PCB’s. - The componentholder of the Matchmaker has a repeatable function for BGA’s or other components. - Positioning of PCB’s is simple with the use of magnetic placeholders, while looking through the pocket lens. - Accurate X-Y table with three micro-knobs to do the exact-aligning, before placing the BGA or other component on the PCB. - The left or right placed handgrip can be moved smooth and makes it easy to place the BGA smooth and soft because off the contra weights. - Two movable Led-light’s. - Designing philosophy of this system is simple and, SEEING IS BELIEVING !
